I uploaded a better photo, with swatches that shows the colors a bit better than the prior photo. Here`s the same opinion from before though:
I honestly am starting to get a little bit bored of OPI`s colors, I haven`t bought a new OPI color in ages because they never seem to come out with anything new or spectacular. But I have to agree that Just Spotted the Lizard by OPI seems like it might be worth purchasing. All the colors are nice, but I just feel like OPI has a lot of colors that are really similar to each other. I think the one that really put me off was Don`t Mess With OPI and Jade Is The New Black. Yeah they are different, but ON THE NAILS, they`re not different enough to justify owning both. Boo.
But OPI chooses some great themes, I`m surprised that they chose to just do Spidey and none of the others. I think I might have been more impressed with Wonder Woman, but MAC beat them to that. Heh.

These are really great! I love the huge brush they`ve got, it`s bigger than the OPI brushes, but they`re a little bit harder to control. Too bad I have colors like most of the colors in the line so I only bought two. If they release more colors, I might try them. Wet n Wild has really been picking up its game lately in the make up department. Especially with their new lines!
A really dark dark dark red, that looks black/burgundy called “Under Your Spell” that looks like a color I`ve been searching for forever, and this creamy nude color called “2% Milk” that I thought would be great for work.

Nail Stickers from Urban Planet!
Over the break, I found these on sale for $2 (originally priced $8.99) and decided to give them a shot. I found that I really liked them. Each pack came with 20 stickers, enough for two manicures, a mini nail file (that I will use to travel) and a orange stick to press down the stick and push back the cuticles!
In terms of application; They were very easy to work with. Finding a sticker to fit the my cuticles and the size of my nails was really easy, although I did find that I need to trim some of them down to get a good fit. The nail sticker is decently stretchy though, so if you`re a mm or two off, you`re still able to cover your nail! The best part? You don`t need to wait for your nails to dry or bother with a top coat.
For me, they lasted about five days before any chipping. And then a day later, they began to show signs of lifting. I`m sure with a top coat, they would last even longer. In the bottom left circle, you can see what they look like shortly after you apply them! I was very satisfied with this product hehe.

As a wonderful birthday gift from my friend Chu [click here] (and I think Louie as well? I`m still not certain), I received Tarte`s natural beauty cheek stain blush in the color Tipsy [click here]. I did try that one out a few times, but it felt a bit sticky on my cheeks, it was a little bit difficult to control where I applied it.. and actually surprisingly it did not last very long in a day. Maybe it was just my skin type?
However, my wonderful friend got me a gift receipt and Sephora has a wonderful return policy, so I went and swapped it for Tarte`s Amazonian clay long-wear blush also in the color Tipsy [click here]. The staying power of this powdered version is remarkable, and the color is also very buildable so you can control just how pink (actually this is more of an almost coral color) you want your cheeks. I should also mention that it is very pigmented, so start with the tiniest amount so you don`t get pikachu cheeks! A little goes a long way with this product, which means it will last me forever :)
I really like this one, so if anyone`s looking for a good blush, give Tarte a try. It is also formulated without any “mineral oil, parabens, petrolatum, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate” or “synthetic fragrance”. I`m mostly happy about the lack of parabens.

Sephora says ‘Happy Birthday’
As we all know, Sephora offers all beautyinsider members a birthday gift fourteen days before and after your actual birthday. Which is a great opportunity for their customers to try out new products. I remember last year was a few items from their own Sephora line (an eyeshadow, an eyeliner and a mascara) and the year before that I believe they were offering lipglosses? I`m not sure, I didn`t pick it up the year before.
This year, they are giving away Philosophy`s Vanilla Birthday Cake shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath. When I first got it, I was pretty excited. All of those things in one bottle? That sounded pretty sweet, especially for travel. So I gave it a try the other day… And I realized that smelling like a birthday cake definitely didn`t make me smell clean. After I had washed my hair, I didn`t feel like the formula did anything for it. I went right back to my regular shampoo and washed my hair again.
I gave it a try also as a body wash.. But again, it didn`t feel like it was doing any washing so much as making me smell more like birthday cake.. Which isn`t what I imagine being clean smells like.. And just like the shampoo, I washed again with my regular body wash….
So for anybody who missed out on picking up their regular birthday gift from Sephora.. Don`t worry, you didn`t miss much this year :(
